Standard and Poors has downgraded the credit status of the United States, my question is, "why did it take so long?'

Who's kidding who despite the fact that no matter who you vote for in any office, everything in Washington is out of your hands; unless you are putting one hundred million dollar checks in the hands of those that make the decisions. PAC Money is no longer a problem it's an industry and won't go away anytime soon so buckle up things are already dicey and for most they will get a lot worse.

But here's my ray of sunshine for those in the medical device industry...survival still is the best game in town. Everyone needs food, water and their health.

Trust me having faced death I know how selfish you can become when your life is on the line, everything in your life gets cancelled or put on hold.  If you have never faced death you have no idea how much more of a priority your life becomes.

Once you get diagnosed and there's a pill, or treatment or medical device that can keep you alive you become very focused.

I actually like what's happened in the medical device industry--the rules have changed, the allowances for insurers, Medicare and Medicaid are still healthy on medical devices (instead of obscene) and those that don't know how to generate hot leads and teach sales people how to duplicate their efforts and improve efficiency are in trouble.

Whereas those that know how to increase efficiency are now in the driver's seat. I'll see you in the trenches. Evolve or die.
