THE TRUTH ABOUT Media Fragmentation BY BRADFORD RICHDALE


I have never witnessed an economy this bad while media continues its fragmentation.

So the operative question is how do all these media outlets survive?  The answer, they don't.

Everyone is aware that many of the brand names in the newspaper business are running severe deficits. But what's next with internet budgets increasing so rapidly?

Simple, any one medium other than the internet will be challenged.  There's simply not enough pie to go around.  Buckle up it's going to get very bumpy as ad dollars are now very cautious and the Internet sees consistent growth in media spending.
